Responsibilities

• Train new and existing agents.
• Prioritize daily tasks and staffing according to forecast.
• Report attendance and request resources as needed.
• Troubleshoot exceptions to keep processing flowing.
• Develop expertise in returns, repack and steaming.
• Test process improvements and monitor performance.
• Order supplies and provide daily productivity reports.
• Collaborate with returns, repacking and steaming teams.
