Happy Returns, a UPS Company, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Shoemakersville, PA facility. The role leads a 15–30 person team in a fast-paced, automation-enabled environment, ensuring safety, accountability, and operational excellence on a 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting.
• Experience leading and motivating teams of 10+ employees.
• Comfortable with automation, data, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 15–30 hourly warehouse specialists.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational precision.
• Communicate daily production goals, KPIs, and updates across the team.
