Responsibilities

• Understand all inbound Returns Dock processes.
• Communicate with Yard Staff regarding trailer needs.
• Maintain media file storage for follow-up.

Skills

Knowledge of distribution center and warehouse operations

Strong leadership skills

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP, and Red Prairie

Strong attention to detail
