Job summary

Weby Corp is seeking a Returns Team Lead to supervise and participate in daily returns operations in North Richland Hills, TX. The role includes training new staff, coordinating tasks, and maintaining SOPs, with daily interactions with the supervisor and managers.

Hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (or 8am-4pm with no lunch). Compensation is $21.50 per hour during a 90-day probation, with full benefits eligibility upon permanent hire.

• Experience leading a team in warehouse or returns operations.
• Strong communication with supervisors and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Returns team daily, participating in core tasks.
• Train new personnel on best practices.
• Assist the supervisor with assigned tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adjustments as needed.
• Keep SOPs and best practices up to date.
• Utilize Asana for daily task tracking.
