Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Returns Coordinator to streamline the end-to-end returns process. You will work with local DC leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and proper disposition of returned products.

The role focuses on inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, supporting customer satisfaction, and improving return procedures within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in returns, warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, inventory, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Experience in transportation, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with WMS/ERP or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and document all incoming product returns, including receiving, inspection, categorization, counting, and data entry.
• Coordinate daily processing of returns across multiple trucks and shipments.
• Communicate return status, discrepancies, and resolutions with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for handling, storage, identification, and disposition of returns.
• Ensure products are inspected for condition, quantity, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Investigate and resolve return discrepancies (damaged items, shortages, incorrect items).
• Prepare documentation for customer credits, exchanges, or restocking.
• Maintain accurate records of all return transactions and related activities.
