Job summary

Allied Beverage Group is seeking a Returns Coordinator in Elizabeth, NJ to support distribution and operations. You will work under the Returns Supervisor and manage returns from daily deliveries, verify documentation, and maintain proper item locations for put-away.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of warehouse operations, and the ability to work evenings, nights and weekends when needed. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Logistics Management).
• 1+ years Operations management experience.
• Supply Chain supervisory experience preferred.
• WMS and MS Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work evenings/nights/weekends as required.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, presentation, writing.
• Warehouse automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and decide based on operations planning; ensure procedures meet operation requirements.
• Reconcile invoices with outbound and returned product; ensure accuracy of orders and returns.
• Track metrics and report on relevant performance indicators.
• Move trucks through check-in; identify gaps and coordinate with Transportation to address deficiencies.
• Follow safety procedures and report injuries; ensure regulatory compliance.
