Responsibilities

• Process returns and maintain records for items outside return policy guidelines.
• Process and organize returned-to-sender parcels.
• Produce shipping labels for outgoing packages.
• Assist in the development and update of returns processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple systems and document activities accurately.
