Job summary

REVOLVE GROUP is seeking a Preferred Admin for a temporary full-time role in Cerritos, CA. You will be the point of contact for inventory processing and work 40+ hours per week, with overtime as needed. The position is temporary for 60 days.

Major duties include updating inventory and order data, reconciling discrepancies, and communicating with internal leadership on daily processing and backlogs. This fast-paced, collaborative role offers hands-on experience in a premier e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Adequate English written and verbal communications skills
• Able to work on feet and carry loads up to 25 pounds
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends if needed
• Basic data entry skills

Responsibilities

• Using internal consoles to update inventory/order data
• Reconcile discrepancies and inquiries from internal teams relating to preferred processing
• Communicate with internal leadership on daily processing and backlogs
