Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in returns / quality control / inspections.
• Able to individually lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs frequently.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Proficient in working with smart phones to perform daily tasks.
• Able to stand for long hours and move quickly on feet.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, repair and organize returned kitchen appliances.
• Assist in consolidation and storing process of received products.
• Receive return merchandise from freight and carriers.
• Distribute returned items to proper locations.
• Identify and report recurring product quality issues.

Skills

Experience in returns / quality control

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs

Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures

Forklift certification
