Job summary

Provisur Technology is seeking a Returns Coordinator to process customer returns, resolve order fulfillment issues, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely replacement or repair of products.

The role requires collaboration across departments to improve operations, with essential ERP experience (PeopleSoft preferred) and a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer-facing order fulfillment.
• One year of OEM part sales support experience.
• 1-2 years ERP experience, PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and log customer returns and RMAs in the OMS system.
• Evaluate returned products with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain high-quality, organized, timely work and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with stock and sourcing teams on overflow and disposition.
• Keep the Rejected Goods area neat and managed.
