Job summary

NRI is seeking an AsaReturnsClerk to organize and complete warranty, quality control, repairs and returns duties. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The role requires teamwork, proactive attitude, and a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change daily. Shift: Mon-Fri 1:30 pm–10:00 pm at LK – 1950 S. Vintage Ave in Ontario, CA. Starting pay is $19.50/hour plus $1.00 shift premium.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing in your current position with attendance and performance
• Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Must obtain supervisor/manager approval before applying

Responsibilities

• Ensure all returns are processed timely per client requirements
• Input returns information into the system
• Communicate with client via email and reporting
• Conduct quality control on returns and warranty claims
• Follow NRI safety rules and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as requested

AsaReturnsClerk, you will play an important part of theReturnsteambyorganizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairsand returns duties.You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The ideal candidate is someone who is team-oriented, proactive and has a high attention to detail. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and priorities that may change daily , discern any potential roadblocks while remaining focused on partnering with the supervisor and the team.

The following schedule is available for this role:

Shift: Monday-Friday 1:30 pm-10:00 pm

Starting Pay:

$19.50 an hour (Includes $1.00 Shift Premium)

LK – 1950 S. Vintage Ave, Ontario, CA 91761

All About You

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learnbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

The Must Haves:

• Must be in good standing in your position (i.e., good attendance, performance, no PIPs within last 3 months)
• Must make your current Supervisor/Manager aware of your interest BEFORE submitting your application
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be in good standing in your current position (i.e., good attendance, performance, no PIPs within the last 3 months)
• Must make current Supervisor/Manager aware of your interest and have their approval PRIOR to applying

Things You Will Be Doing:

• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
