Job summary

NRI Distribution in Fontana, CA is seeking a Returns Clerk to organize and complete warranty, quality control, repairs and returns tasks for products from active lifestyle clients.

The role requires teamwork, detail orientation, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Shift is Monday–Friday 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with pay at $19.50 per hour.

You will input return data, communicate with clients via email, and uphold safety standards in a warehouse setting.

• Follows NRI safety rules, procedures, and SOPs.
• Keeps work and storage areas clean and safe at all times.
• Performs other duties as requested.

The Must Haves:

• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be in good standing in your current position (i.e., good attendance, performance, no PIPs within the last 3 months)
• Must make current Supervisor/Manager aware of your interest and have their approval PRIOR to applying
