Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, LLC. is seeking a Returns Associate to accurately process incoming returns, verify RMAs, and update inventory records. You will inspect items, log conditions, and determine disposition while protecting inventory integrity.

Responsibilities include logging returns, updating ERP/WMS, restocking good items, and printing RTV paperwork. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of returns processing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
