As an integral part of the colorguard staff, Colorguard Technician assists in rehearsal planning and in implementing a movement and equipment technique program in conjunction with the Colorguard Instructor. May be involved in recruiting and assisting with development of a comprehensive colorguard program at the MS level.
Extensive experience in the marching arts (DCI, WGI, college marching band, etc.)

Tools/Equipment Used: UDB app, portable stereo system with Bluetooth, flag, rifle, sabre
Posture: Prolonged standing; frequent kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
Motion: Frequent walking/marching
Lifting: Occasional lifting and carrying (up to 50 pounds)
Environment: Work outside and inside; exposure to extreme temperatures (hot, cold, and inclement weather), humidity, and prolonged sunlight; work on uneven or slippery surfaces; frequent exposure to noise. Occasional statewide and overnight travel
