Job summary

BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care Career Center in Dallas-Fort Worth (Hybrid) seeks a Workers' Compensation Coordinator to administer and monitor the program from injury reporting through return to work. The role collaborates with employees, leaders, HR, payroll, and insurers to ensure timely, compliant claim handling.

Responsibilities include handling claims, maintaining confidential records, guiding managers on policy, and coordinating modified-duty for injured staff while keeping abreast

Qualifications

• 4 years of Human Resources experience.
• 2 years in workers' compensation, leave administration, benefits, insurance, or claims management.
• Experience working with third-party administrators, insurance carriers, or claims adjusters preferred.
• Multi-state workers' compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor workers' compensation claims from injury through claim resolution and return to work.
• Maintain accurate and confidential workers' compensation records.
• Communicate with third-party administrators, insurance carriers, claims adjusters, medical providers, and other external partners.
• Provide leaders with information and guidance on workers' compensation policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve workers' compensation processes and reduce costs.
