ReEmployAbility is seeking a T2W Placement Specialist to match injured workers with appropriate light-duty tasks within nonprofit settings and provide excellent service to partners, workers, and clients.

You will manage multiple placements, communicate program details, and work toward quarterly placement goals while maintaining strong relationships with nonprofit partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion Transition2Work program to identify best nonprofit placements.
• Develop outreach and retention strategies with nonprofit partners.
• Communicate program details to new and existing partners.
• Review worker referrals to assign appropriate light-duty tasks.
• Meet monthly placement quality and safety quotas.
• Collaborate with other teams within Service and Sales.
