Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in a communications-related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
• Experience with digital channels and editorial calendars helpful

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute clear communications and marketing materials promoting participation and awareness
• Maintain and update intranet platforms (Jive, SharePoint, AEM)
• Coordinate monthly communications and engagement roundtables
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
