Job summary

Morgan Stanley in New York is launching a 16-week Return to Work program for experienced professionals returning to the workforce. The Associate/Director, Talent Enablement role focuses on developing and executing the department’s communication strategy and engagement initiatives within Internal Audit.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple deliverables, and help update intranet platforms while delivering clear, audience-focused communications.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in a communications-related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Strong writing and AP style familiarity.
• Experience with Jive, SharePoint, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute clear communications and marketing materials.
• Promote employee participation and awareness of programs.
• Leverage data to drive strategy and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and messaging.
• Manage multiple deliverables and timely content delivery.
• Maintain intranet platforms (Jive, SharePoint, AEM).
• Coordinate monthly engagement roundtables and campaigns.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Identify best practices to enhance engagement.
