Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Services Representative for its Return to Work program in Sandy, UT. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, learning investment concepts, and supporting clients over inbound calls.

No background in finance is required, as the firm provides training and licenses (Series 7 & 63) to successful candidates. You will join a team in Wealth Management and contribute to sales goals while maintaining high integrity and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (1 year of work experience can substitute 1 year of education).
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office) required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution for them.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and identify additional products they would benefit from.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently.
• Continually learn about investments and financial markets to address client needs.
• Help keep clients and minimize risk; sign Morgan Stanley Code of Conduct agreement.
• Connect with other groups to resolve customer issues; collaborate as a team.
