As a Financial Services Representative, you will handle inbound calls, assist with accounts, and learn the stock market while Morgan Stanley funds your Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Qualifications

• SIE exam passed.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (1 year of work experience can substitute 1 year of education).
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and identify products they would benefit from.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and uncovering new opportunities.
