Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Gilbert, AZ is launching a 16‑week Return to Work program (Jan 18, 2027–May 7, 2027) designed for professionals returning after a career break. As a Financial Services Representative (SIE), you will receive paid training to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses and join a Wealth Management team focused on helping clients manage wealth in a supportive, hybrid office environment.

You will handle inbound customer inquiries, educate clients about Morgan Stanley’s products, pursue sales

Qualifications

• SIE exam passed.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (1 year of work experience can substitute 1 year of education)
• At least 2 years working in a customer-facing role
• Hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution for them.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and identify additional products they would benefit from.
• Show determination to drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently throughout the day.
• Continually learn about investments and the financial markets to address client needs.
• Help the company identify opportunities to keep our clients and minimize risk when necessary.
