Morgan Stanley is recruiting for its Gilbert Return to Work program in Wealth Management, a 16-week paid pathway for professionals re-entering the workforce. Participants receive training, mentorship and development to build client-focused financial services skills.

As a Financial Services Representative in Wealth Management, you will handle inbound client inquiries, learn about investments, and pursue Series 7 & 63 licenses funded by the firm, with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s advantages and products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying opportunities.
• Handle inbound inquiries and account-related requests.
• Complete training to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses funded by Morgan Stanley.
