LG Electronics, Inc. in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Customer Return Prevention Specialist to improve day-to-day customer service performance within our contact center for online purchases.

You will help reduce unnecessary product returns by providing accurate product and process guidance and clear troubleshooting steps. You will leverage self-support tools like ARGUS and PCC, work with frontline agents and operations, analyze return data, and translate insights into actionable improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer support or related field.
• Strong in-depth knowledge of LG Electronics products and troubleshooting processes.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to prevent returns by analyzing concerns and reasons.
• Provide effective solutions to resolve problems without initiating a return.
• Diagnose issues using product knowledge and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Promote ARGUS and PCC to support resolution and reduce unnecessary service visits or returns.
• Communicate clearly with customers to address concerns and correct misunderstandings.
• Coach internal teams to strengthen return prevention across customer-facing channels.
