Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end returns authorization process for the electronics sector.
• Develop and improve policies to ensure efficient, accurate returns processing.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Finance.
• Analyze return data to identify trends and causes; implement corrective actions.
• Present reports on returns performance, costs, and process effectiveness to leadership.
• Lead and develop the returns team to drive continuous improvement.
