Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, service operations, product support, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of LG Electronics products, features, functions, and troubleshooting processes.
• Ability to analyze customer issues and determine effective solutions to prevent unnecessary returns.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical information simply and clearly.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to prevent product returns by analyzing customer concerns and return reasons.
• Provide effective solutions to help customers resolve problems without a return.
• Diagnose issues with product knowledge, explain features, and guide troubleshooting steps.
• Promote use of ARGUS, PCC, and other self-support tools to reduce visits or returns.
