The Return Mail Associate role focuses on quality checking and assembling return mail information to efficiently process rejected mailings, while meeting production goals and maintaining high quality for Moore RMG.

• 2 years of clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality checking and assembly of return mail information to meet production goals.
• Communicate with account managers when items are incorrectly placed in return mail.
• Sort incoming return mail by reason for return and payment types.
• Fold letters, match documents and checks, and place them in envelopes for mailing to donors.
• Perform other duties as required.
