Responsibilities

• Ensure quality checking and assembly of return mail information to meet production goals.
• Communicate with account managers when items are incorrectly placed in return mail.
• Sort incoming return mail by reason for return and payment types.
• Fold letters, match documents and checks, and place them in envelopes for mailing to donors.
• Perform other duties as required.

Brief Description The Return Mail Associate is responsible for quality checking and assembling the return mail information to efficiently process the rejected mailings. They must meet production goals to satisfy the deadlines of our clients while upholding a high level of quality and commitment to Moore RMG. Your Impact

• Pay attention to detail as the return mail is the last department before the mail leaves the building.
• Communication with account managers as items are mistakenly placed in the return mail department.
• Sorting incoming return mail depending on reason for return and checks or credit cards.
• Folding letters, matching documents and checks and placing them in an envelope to be mailed to donors.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Ability to maneuver between departments minimum of 100 feet, maximum of 600 feet at a time. This would be 10% of the time.
• Ability to remain on production floor until breaktimes.
• Ability to be at a desk 90% of the time.
• Ability to lift 10lbs.
