• Experience leading large-scale IT projects.
• Experience developing and maintaining policies, standards, processes, systems and measurements.
• Experience supporting services in tax administration, accounting, or related functions.
• Experience leading teams through organizational change.
• Experience applying analytical and critical thinking to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience supporting FTB applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with business, technical and management groups.
• Ability to work in a team environment with enterprise perspective and initiative.
