Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead automation and control system projects ranging from small to large scale from kickoff through completion. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Project Management or Project Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% in North America.
• Experience with formal project management practices is preferred.
• PMP®, PgMP® or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and control system projects from kickoff through completion.
• Own project scope, schedule, and budget; manage customer expectations.
• Serve as primary customer contact from award through completion.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, field service, sales, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Manage project performance, risks, obstacles, and progress communications.
• Lead contract execution, scope management, change orders, and customer negotiations.
• Champion safety, quality, cybersecurity, and operational excellence.
• Strengthen customer relationships and support future growth.
• Expand expertise in critical infrastructure and industrial automation.
• Deliver retrofit solutions using Ovation automation across North America.
