Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Retrofit Program Analyst to support the Vehicle Retrofit program by managing planning, data, and execution activities. You will maintain and analyze the ORACLE-based Retrofit Database, process Retrofit Matrix reports, and generate status and executive summaries.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external customers, proficiency with Oracle and MS Office, and the ability to obtain CAC clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role desired.
• Ability to pass a U.S. Government Clearance check to obtain CAC.
• Proficiency in using ORACLE and associated computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet objectives.
• Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines and provide status updates.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet retrofit program requirements.
• Process Retrofit Matrix reports to support retrofit program planning and inventory availabilities.
• Manage the ORACLE-based Retrofit Database: create new vehicle records, create tasks, update retrofit status, provide reports.
• Process internal requisitions and retrofit sales orders for contracted retrofit activities.
• Create and administer ECARs for retrofit work and manage DCMA sign-off.
• Research the ORACLE-based Retrofit database to assist customers with program direction.
• Conduct excess inventory evaluations at the part number level or for a warehouse.
• Address customer requests outside defined roles and responsibilities.
• Validate pricing using Fedlog, WebFLIS, or I3 Logistics data.
• Handle Call Forward requests from the U.S. Government to ship parts via Oracle.
• Address issues from the Receiving team in Sumner, WA.
• Process orders and cancellations in the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
• Provide requisition statuses for parts ordered.
