Job summary

Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp is seeking a Retreat Support role to welcome guests and maintain clean, safe spaces. The position handles cabin and facility cleaning, linen care, and retreat-space readiness, reporting to the Retreat Director.

Responsibilities include coordinating with staff and volunteers, ensuring spaces are inviting and well-stocked, and upholding FLBC safety and environmental practices. This is an hourly, sporadic schedule supporting weekend retreats.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset cabins and retreat spaces after groups depart, including bathrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens; maintain supply of clean linens.
• Prepare cabins, bathrooms, and common areas before guest arrival; assist with setup and resets as directed.
• Communicate cleaning schedules, priorities, and facility needs with the Retreat Director; work with staff and volunteers.
• Model environmental stewardship: conserve resources, support recycling/composting, and minimize waste.
• Follow FLBC safety policies and properly store cleaning supplies and chemicals; report unsafe conditions.
