HUB Retirement & Private Wealth (RPW) in Austin seeks a motivated Retirement Customer Services team member to answer phone calls and emails from school district employees about their retirement plans. Training will be provided; strong communication and attention to detail are essential in our fast-growing department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
• Proven communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Primarily phone customer service.
• Time management of responsibilities.
• Data entry.
• Review & return voice mails.
• Monitor department emails.
