Job summary

HUB International, a leading global insurer and employee benefits broker, seeks a Client Onboarding Specialist for HUB Retirement & Private Wealth in Austin. You will lead new retirement plan onboarding and support compliance tasks, serving as a primary client-facing contact.

The ideal candidate is analytical, personable, and entrepreneurial, with deep expertise in retirement plan compliance, strong communication and organization, and the ability to adapt to regulatory changes. Hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Aptitude for rapid learning, creation and iteration.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven sound judgment and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new retirement plans to the platform.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisors, Sponsors, prior recordkeepers and TPAs to establish timelines.
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet SLAs.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
