Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Financial Services Representative for Retirement Plan Solutions. In this entry-level role, you will guide public sector employees through their retirement accounts, balances, distributions, and login resets via phone and online channels.

We provide fully sponsored licensing (FINRA Series 6 materials and exams), a 5-week paid training program, and a path to broader roles within a Fortune 100 organization. remote/hybrid options apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to navigate software and databases.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with customers over the phone to answer everyday questions about their retirement accounts, balances, distributions, and password resets.
• Build meaningful relationships by providing empathetic, extraordinary care to members, plan sponsors, and partners.
• Educate callers on available financial products, uncovering routine opportunities to help them maximize their financial well-being.
• Research, interpret, and resolve account inquiries or routine errors with a curious, problem-solving mindset.
