Job summary

ADP Retirement Services is seeking a Retirement Services Representative to educate employees on plan benefits, resources, and investment options, acting as the primary contact for clients. The role requires completing FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and delivering high-quality service across education, rollover support, and account transactions.

Candidates should have 1+ year in client service or finance, strong communication skills, and be able to work varied hours within EST.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licenses (can be obtained after hire).
• 1+ year of Client Service/Customer Service or Finance/Banking experience.
• Strong and proven communication skills.
• Availability to work an 8 hour shift between 8am-9pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Educates employees on account information, plan benefits, resources and tools to enable informed financial decisions.
• Educate on mutual funds, rates of return, market timing, and self-directed accounts during enrollment or calls.
• Explain distribution options for retirement or rollover and assist with rollovers into ADP plans.
• Drive high employee satisfaction through quality call interactions and support client retention.
• Maintain knowledge of CRM, Plan Sponsor/Participant website, Simplicity and workflow systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues with the recordkeeping platform and processes.
• Adhere to daily schedule; support high call volumes and overtime during peak times.
• Participate in task forces and cross-unit collaborations as needed.
