Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience including prospecting and territory management.
• Ability to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone.
• Team player who can work independently and with ADP Sales Associates.
• Build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients using a targeted sales strategy to build a network and capture new business.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling Retirement Services and cultivating more opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients, internal partners, and the broader network.
