Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for Retirement Services leadership team members.
• Ensures customer contracts review and approval by Insperity Legal before uploading to CSC Matter Management site.
• Reviews incoming accounts payable invoices for accurate billing and cost coding; obtains second level approvals as required.
• Coordinates employee provisioning, moves, and equipment requests with internal departments.
• Manages vendor relationships and supports order fulfillment for Kingwood facility box orders.
• Completes special projects and supports departmental reporting and community involvement.
