The role starts on-site with training, then moves to a hybrid schedule, with potential bilingual bonuses for Spanish-speaking candidates and a competitive benefits package.

• Answer inbound calls from employer-sponsored retirement and 401(k) plan participants.
• Explain plan features and guide participants to confident decisions.
• Use Schwab systems to deliver world-class retirement solutions.
• Learn and grow through structured training and coaching.
• Work on-site during training with a transition to hybrid work.
