Ascensus is seeking an Account Executive to deliver top-tier client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will become an expert on retirement plans and Ascensus products, owning issues and providing value-added consulting for client satisfaction and plan retention.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A fast-paced service environment and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Record, monitor, and close items for assigned clients.
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding services and resolutions.
• Support sales in efforts to attain more business.
• Produce and distribute reporting to achieve team goals.
