Job summary

Ascensus is seeking an Account Executive to provide outstanding client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will develop a thorough understanding of retirement plans and Ascensus products to help clients manage their plans effectively.

You will collaborate with internal teams, communicate clearly, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to client retention and growth. A 1–3 year background in financial services and proficiency with MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Ascensus products and services.
• Deliver proactive client service in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to serve clients effectively.
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding services and status.
• Support the sales team and drive client retention and growth.
• Produce reporting and monitor service levels for assigned clients.
