Job summary

United Airlines is seeking an Associate Analyst - Retirement Plans to support Total Rewards programs, retirement initiatives, and employee services. You will ensure accurate program execution, maintain data quality, support reporting, and assist communications about Total Rewards offerings.

Working with teammates, you will deliver compliant, efficient processes, handle inquiries, and contribute to program effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience supporting benefits, retirement plans, total rewards, HR operations, or related function.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support program administration, reporting, and employee inquiries.
Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with employees and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to Total Rewards and retirement programs.
Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems through data validation and cleansing.
Assist with non-routine transactions following established policies.
Deliver administrative support for day-to-day Total Rewards operations.
Generate and distribute recurring weekly and monthly reports.
Support communications to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.
Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine inquiries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve program execution and compliance.
