Job summary

Triune Financial Partners, LLC in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Retirement Plans Administrator to support our Retirement Plans team. The role includes preparing for client meetings, gathering plan data, running reports, and assisting employees with enrollments, distributions, and login issues.

This is not client-facing, but you will frequently communicate with plan sponsors by phone and email to resolve routine requests and support rollovers. Base salary offers a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years industry experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Must learn and become proficient with our tech stack including Salesforce and 401k/403b record keeping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prepare RP client meetings.
• Answer routine client questions and respond to service requests promptly.
• Learn to troubleshoot common issues and provide operational support.
• Facilitate rollovers for plan participants end-to-end.
• Complete regular client database maintenance and data entry.
• Complete projects to support the RP team.
• Develop and update procedures related to position and other duties.
