Fiber Broadband is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to provide retirement and financial wellness guidance to participants in employer-sponsored plans. You will guide decisions on managed accounts, educate customers, and deepen relationships through proactive engagements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in financial services, and FINRA registrations (7 & 66 or 63 & 65). Strong sales skills and ACLS of multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services or retirement planning.
• Experience selling advisory services or products is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IRAs and retirement plans.

Responsabilités

• Deliver retirement and financial wellness education to participants.
• Guide participants through managed account options and decisions.
• Maintain relationships through proactive outreach and education.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Collaborate with peers to problem solve and achieve targets.
• Utilize tools to identify best retirement planning options.
• Communicate policies clearly and accurately to clients.
