Fiber Broadband is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver retirement and financial wellness guidance to participants in employer-sponsored plans. You will guide them through managed accounts and distributions, while maintaining relationships and meeting sales and service goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in financial services, and FINRA registrations. A self-starting, organized candidate with strong communication is ideal for a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience required.
• 2+ years in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory roles.
• Proven sales success and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of IRAs and retirement plan environments.
• Ability to learn Empower's record-keeping system and Salesforce.
• FINRA 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations required; fingerprinting on hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retirement and financial wellness education to participants in employer plans.
• Guide participants through managed account solutions and distributions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Respond to plan and policy questions with clear, concise communication.
• Maintain relationships and educate customers on tax implications of distributions.
• Collaborate with peers and use tools to identify best retirement planning options.
• Engage in proactive, personalized client engagement strategies.
