Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a client-focused call center associate to help clients save for their future. The role supports retirement plans such as 401(k) and 403(b), handling inbound calls and providing information without selling.

You will assist participants, perform data entry and document processing, and collaborate with a team committed to accuracy and continuous improvement. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls (no selling).
• Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans.
• Educates participants about their retirement account and features.
• Performs data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Facilitates problem resolution and document processing.
