Job summary

Capital Group in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market. You will partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to strengthen the Capital Client Group presence and achieve broker-dealer driven results.

You excel at delivering engaging presentations, building long-term relationships, and tailoring analyses for plan sponsors and advisors. Licenses required: Series 7, 63, and 66 (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Must have Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses (or equivalent).
• Proven sales success in mutual funds and retirement plans.
• Experience selling through financial intermediaries and to RIAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market in the SF Bay Area.
• Partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to drive Capital Client Group activity with brokers.
• Deliver motivational, data-driven presentations and build long-term relationships with sponsors and advisors.
