Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market for the San Francisco Bay Area. You will partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to drive business results and manage relationships with brokerage firm representatives.

You must have Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses (or equivalent), plus one or more of the designations AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, CFA. A competitive base salary plus commissions and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses (or equivalent).
• One or more of the following designations: AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA or CFA.
• Proven track record in mutual funds and retirement plan sales; strong relationship-building in the adviser space.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers.
• Identify needs of firms and representatives and drive business results through intermediaries.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations and manage performance against goals.
