Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and manage relationships with brokerage firm representatives. You will collaborate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to grow Capital Client Group presence and deliver results.

You excel at presenting compelling, data-driven pitches and tracking performance against goals, applying a consultative approach with intermediaries to optimize Plan Sponsor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in mutual funds and retirement plan space.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and networks.
• Strong analytical skills for custom plan analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retirement Plan sales initiatives and drive business results.
• Partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage firm presence.
• Sell through financial intermediaries with a consultative approach.
