Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead the Retirement Plan Sales market across Northern California, Oregon, and Idaho. You will identify needs of firms and representatives, coordinate efforts with Wealth Management Wholesalers, and drive business results with brokerage firm representatives.

You will deliver engaging presentations, set goals, and measure performance against them, selling through intermediaries while collaborating with a senior sales force.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and advisors.
• Proficient in using technologies to prepare custom analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Partner with wholesalers to manage Capital Group presence and driving results.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to financial intermediaries.
