Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Plan Administrator to support complex retirement plan administration projects and provide technical research and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

You will help clients navigate compliance challenges, resolve plan issues, and protect the long-term health of retirement plans, leveraging ERISA and plan administration expertise and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business/finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of retirement plan administration and consulting experience.
• Credentialing such as QKA/QKS/QKC/QPA or CPFA/QPFC is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide plan administration and compliance tasks for multiple clients, including DB/DC/H&W 5500 preparation and corrective calculations.
• Perform non-discrimination and compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), top-heavy, 415), and other measurements.
• Reconcile payroll contributions and census data; assist with corrections through governmental programs.
• Maintain ERISA compliance knowledge and interpret plan documents for accurate administration.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for new business development.
